SR Collaborative is where expertise meets humility.

Our Foundation

SR stands for Strauss Raphael — the maiden names of the Founder’s grandmothers. We believe that names matter, culture matters, and identity matters. These women, among countless others, are trailblazers across careers and communities who created change amid constant adversity. We choose to honor the shoulders we stand on with everything we do.

Our Vision

To curate a community of thriving women of color co-creating a better tomorrow.

Our Mission

SR Collaborative equips women of color with the business acumen, strategic vision, and supportive community to design fulfilling lives and increase their impact on society.

Our Approach

SR Collaborative was founded in 2018 at the intersection of expertise and humility to help individuals and companies collaboratively scale their impact. Leveraging years of non-profit, for-profit, and multi-lateral experience, SRC offers an expertise in cross-sector partnership development.

Founder Kandasi Griffiths is an international social entrepreneur passionate about creating intersectional and innovative solutions that center women of color. Fluent in French, she manages strategy and project implementation across sectors including healthcare, technology, and education across North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
